In addition to six (6) 75-minute Zoom coaching session, through the pre-session work and assignments prior to each session, you will acquire a skill to navigate your international career and life. In this course, you will be able to clarify your strategic career direction and  create a satisfying and personalized career/life design.

Goals and themes to be covered are:

Over the duration of this online coaching programme, you’ll work your way through the following 6 modules.

Module 1: Self / Career Awareness and Career Advancement Readiness in the International organization and global job market.

Module 3:  Goal Setting: Designing for Your Career/Life Success

Module 4:  Achieving Operational (day-to-day life/work) Success

Module 5:  Creating your Future Self

Module 6:  Life Design in Action: Implementing Transformation

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

• Articulate and refine a clear career & life vision/purpose statement with steps of accountability and goals along the way

• Develop a timeline of goals; identify and celebrate when at each stage

• Define personal and professional skills, abilities, and passions; understand the difference and determine the next steps to support you career/life purpose

• Most importantly, feel confident, happy and transformed!
